Abstract: This paper deals with the analysis of the interaction of competition policy and regulatory practice in network industries such as telecommunications. The purpose of the article is to reveal the inter-coherence of competition policy and sector-specific regulation both in theoretical and practical dimensions while acting as a guide for future policy development.
