Abstract: The leading role of bank institutions in the process of аквізиції products of a transport insurance needs the detailed study of economic nature of банкострахування. There is an urgent requirement in the improvement of mutual relations between insurancecompanies and bank institutions in the conditions of general realization of insurance products, search of effective mechanism of co operation subject to the conditions of partnership.
