Abstract: The article deals with the establishment and development of heuristic techniques of stimulating creative activity of enterprise personnel based on science achievements and experience analysis. The algorithm of forming a creative team of workers and realisation of creative project are proposed. A comparative analysis of basic heuristic methods and techniques for the phase of science research and development is conducted.
