Abstract: У статті досліджено інноваційно-інвестиційний розвиток АР Крим як фактор підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіону. Виявлено, що пряме регулювання інвестиційною діяльністю здійснюється державними органами і включає в себе короткострокове та довгострокове прогнозування.
