Abstract: Розглядаються проблеми, що гальмують впровадження ефективних інструментів податкового регулювання, як на рівні держави, окремих територій, так й підприємств. Окреслюються шляхи та заходи подолання виявленних негативних сторін соціально-економічного розвитку економіки країни. Особлива увага приділяється стимулюванню розвитку депресивних територій.
