Abstract: Рассматривается бюджетирование как технология финансового планирования и направление повышения финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Рассмотрены показатели финансовой устойчивости и значения их коэффициентов. Рассмотрена последовательность разработки прогнозного баланса предприятия, на основе которого осуществляется бюджетное управление предприятием, что позволяет контролировать не только финансовое состояние предприятия, но и его финансовую устойчивость.Budgeting as technology of financial planning and the direction of increase of financial stability of the enterprise is considered. Indicators of financial stability and value of their coefficients are considered. The sequence of development of expected balance of the enterprise on the basis of which the budgetary business management is exercised that allows to control not only a financial condition of the enterprise, but also its financial stability is considered.
