Abstract: В статье обосновывается необходимость формирования корпоративных структур в отраслях химико-лесного комплекса. Приводятся организационно-экономические меры и факторы, позволяющие предприятиям сформировать рациональную модель корпоративной структуры.The necessarity of creation of corporative structures in a chemical and wood industry complex is proved in this article. The economic-organizing arrangements and factors due to which enterprises can create an efficient model of corporative structure are described here.
