Abstract: В статье исследуется понятие лесной недвижимости. Обоснована необходимость оценки, изучения особенностей управления лесной недвижимостью в условиях развития рынка. После проведения инвентаризации и определения истинной стоимости зеленой недвижимости можно вводить систему лесного налогообложения, страхования и кредитования. Теоретическим фундаментом рассмотрения вопросов управления лесной недвижимостью может стать теория сервейинга в сочетании с широко используемыми в лесной экономике методами и подходами к оценке леса.In the article the notions of the forest real estate is investigated. The necessity and problems of forest real estate valuation and management in the conditions of market development are studied. It is offered to make a valuation of the green real estate. After making inventory and definition true cost of the green real estate it is possible to enter system of the forest taxation, insurance and crediting. It is offered to use the surveying theory for the decision of economic problems of a forestry. This theory can be added integrally to other theories which is already well known for a long time in forestry economy, for example, the theory of wood resources reproduction.
