Abstract: В статье приведен анализ преимуществ устойчивого развития по сравнению с традиционным. Отмечена актуальность применения принципов устойчивости на рынке недвижимости. Для развития рынка недвижимости авторами предлагается использовать две концепции: «устойчивая недвижимость» и «устойчивая компания на рынке недвижимости».The article presents comparable analysis of sustainable development and traditional. Also is considered the relevance of the application of the sustainability concept in the real estate market. For real estate development the authors propose to apply two concepts: «sustainable building» and «Sustainable Real Estate Company».
