Abstract: Вопросам приобретения земельных участков для строительства и обслуживания жилого дома уделяется особое внимание. Сделки, связанные с приобретением и отчуждением земельных участков, имеют ряд ограничений. Статья посвящена проблемам, которые препятствуют развитию данного бизнес-процесса в Беларуси.The question of acquisition of the land plots for construction and service of a house are given special value. The transactions connected with acquisition and alienation of the land plots have a number of restrictions. The article deals with the problems that hinder the development of this type of business process in Belarus.
