Abstract: В статье рассмотрены некоторые особенности организации и функционирования мебельного производства на предприятиях Республики Беларусь. Обосновывается необходимость осуществления комплексной модернизации конкретного субъекта хозяйствования с целью освоения прогрессивных технологий по глубокой переработке древесины и наращивания объемов выпуска конкурентоспособной мебели из массивной древесины и плитных материалов. Приводится характеристика основных этапов модернизации и развития производства на основе внедрения технологических инноваций. Осуществляется оценка проекта на основе анализа экономических и финансовых показателей и дается вывод об его экономической эффективности.Some peculiarities of organization and functioning of the furniture industry of the Republic of Belarus are described in the article. The necessity of implementation of comprehensive modernization of the particular business entity to develop advanced technology for deep processing of wood and increasing competitive furniture of solid wood and plate materials. The main stage of modernization and development of production through technological innovation is described. The project is evaluated on the basis of the analysis of economic and financial indicators and the conclusion of its economic efficiency is made.
