Abstract: В статье обоснована методика ОЕЕ для оценки эффективности управления оборудованием. Она включает расчет показателей готовности, производительности и качества. Автором предложены методы устранения потерь времени и предложены этапы реализации системы ОЕЕ на промышленном предприятииThe article presents OEE technique for estimation of equipment management efficiency. This technique includes 3 indicators: availability, performance and quality. Author proposes methods of waste time elimination and stages of OEE system implementation at the industrial enterprise
