Abstract: В статье проведен анализ основных форм коммерциализации результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, которые могут найти широкое применение в практике белорусских организаций. Предложены варианты решения проблемы коммерциализации интеллектуальной собственности как самостоятельной сферы предпринимательской деятельности применительно к производственным и научным организациям. Изложены экономические преимущества лицензионной торговли, условия успешной продажи лицензий на внутреннем и внешних рынках. Рассмотрена роль технологического трансфера в передаче интеллектуальной собственности и инноваций из сферы их разработки в сферу практического применения. Сформулированы основные цели трансфера и методы его осуществления.The analysis of the main forms of intellectual property commercialization, which can be widely used in the practice of Belarusian organizations, was fulfilled. The ways of solutions of the problem of intellectual property commercialization as an independent sphere of business in relation to industrial and scientific organizations were proposed. The economic benefits of the licensed trade and conditions for a successful sale of licenses to domestic and foreign markets were presented. The role of technology transfer in the assignation of intellectual property and innovation from the sphere of their development in the sphere of practical application were considered. Main purposes of the transfer and the methods of its implementation were formulated.
