Abstract: В статье представлен методический подход к оценке эффективности функционирования предприятия в кластере. В качестве гипотезы полагается, что кластер повышает эффективность функционирования предприятия, которое находится в нем. В силу этого делается вывод, что характеристики и параметры кластера определяют хозяйственную динамику предприятия. Для кластера и предприятия конструируются нормативные системы показателей, а также динамические нормативы, которые задают динамический порядок показателей. Сравнение результативности режимов функционирования предприятия и кластера позволяет делать вывод в отношении наличия либо отсутствия влияния кластера на предприятие. В случае, когда кластер определяет динамику предприятия, подбирается регрессионная модель, которая позволяет прогнозировать результативность работы предприятия в кластере. На этом основании в статье предлагается модель, которая позволяет прогнозировать прибыль предприятия от реализации продукции при его включении в кластер. В качестве анализируемого предприятия выступает ОАО «Ивацевичдрев». Предложенный подход позволяет увязывать результативность режимов функционирования (хозяйствования) предприятия и кластера, определять степень воздействия параметров кластера, заложенных в динамический норматив, на эффективность функционирования предприятия.The article presents a methodical approach to evaluating the performance of the enterprise in the cluster. As a hypothesis, it is believed that the cluster increases the efficiency of the company, which is located in it. For this reason, it is concluded that characteristic and parameters of the cluster determine the economic dynamics of the enterprise. Normative systems of indicators, as well as the dynamic normal, that define the dynamic order for indicators, are constructed. Compare the company’s and cluster’s effectiveness we can make the conclusions about the presence or absence of the influence to the enterprise. In this case where the cluster determines the dynamics of the company, are selected regression model, which allows predicting the impact of the enterprise in the cluster. On this basis, the article proposes a model that allows predicting the company’s profit from the sale of products when it is turned into a cluster. In the quality of analyzed enterprise is JSC «Ivatzevichdrev». The proposed approach makes it possible to link the effectiveness of operation (management) modes of enterprise and cluster, to determine the impact of cluster parameters, which laid down in the dynamic normal, to the performances of enterprise.
