Abstract: В статье рассматриваются направления развития таможенного администрирования в рамках создаваемого Таможенного союза, уровни экономической интеграции по степени унификации таможенного режима, нормативно-правовое регулирование функционирования таможенного союза, Таможенный кодекс таможенного союза, возможность создания института наднационального регулирования таможенного союза.In the article directions of development of customs administration within the limits of the created Customs union, are considered as well as economic integration levels according to the degree of unification of a customs mode, standard-legal regulation of functioning of the customs union, the Customs code of the customs union, possibility of creation of institute наднационального regulations of the customs union.
