Abstract: Автор рассматривает общие закономерности разработки инноваций в рыночной экономике, рассматривает специфику корпоративной политики по разработке инноваций в промышленно развитых государствах, а также в развивающихся странах и в странах с переходной экономикой. Особое внимание уделено развитию инноваций в России, рассмотрена роль реализации проекта «Сколково» в обеспечении экономического роста в стран.The author considers the general laws of working out innovations in market economy, considers specificity of a corporate policy on working out innovations in industrially developed states, and also in developing countries and in the countries with transitive economy. Special attention is given the development of innovations in Russia; the role of the project Skolkovo realization in the maintenance of economic growth in the countries is considered.
