Abstract: Авторы рассматривают основные направления развития оффшорных территорий и дает их классификацию, особенности налогообложения компаний, действующих в них. Особое внимание уделено расширению деятельности компаний, занимающихся разработкой программного обеспечения. Разработаны модели деятельности компаний на данном рынке.Th e authors consider the basic directions of development of off shore territories and give their classifi cation, attention is paid to features of taxing the companies operating in them. Special attention is given to the expansion of activity of the companies which are engaged in development of the soft ware. Models of activity of the companies in the given market in question are developed.
