Abstract: Статья представляет собой обзор внешней торговли России за три квартала 2008 г. на основе данных таможенной статистики РФ. Автор анализирует развитие внешнеторгового оборота России по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2007 г., а также товарную структуру экспорта и импорта по основным регионам. Статья также определяет роли основных торговых партнеров и вклад российских регионов во внешнюю торговлю страны.The article presents statistical review of Russian foreign trade for three quarters of 2008 based on recent customs returns. The author analyzes developments in Russias external turnover as compared to corresponding 2007 period as well as commodity structures of exports and imports subdivided by major regions. It also specifies the shares of major trading partners and the contribution of Russian areas and cities in foreign trade of the country.
