Abstract: Автор рассматривает в статье важность выработки условий аутсорсингового контракта, которые защищают интересы продавца и покупателя. Он подробно рассматривает выбор предмета контракта, процесс выработки контрактной цены, возможности отклонения цены от базисной, условия платежа, а также условия, позволяющие прервать исполнение контракта.In the article the author considers the importance of development of conditions of an outsourcing contract which protect interests of the seller and the buyer. It considers in detail the choice of a subject of the contract, process of development of contract price, possibility of a deviation of the price from the basic one, terms of payment, and also the conditions, allowing to interrupt the contract execution.
