Abstract: Подано короткий історичний огляд поняття реінжинірингу, визначено його етапи. Розглянуто практичне впровадження реінжинірингу на основі процесного підходу стосовно такого великого наукоємкого машинобудівного підприємства, як ЗАТ НКМЗ.Дан краткий исторический обзор понятия реинжиниринга, обозначены его этапы. Рассмотрено практическое внедрение реинжиниринга на основе процессного подхода применительно к такому крупному наукоемкому машиностроительному предприятию, как ЗАО «НКМЗ».In the article a brief historical review of notion of reengineering is given and its stages are marked. The practical application of reengineering on the basis of process-oriented approach on the example of such a large science-intensive machine-building enterprise as JSC "Novokramatorsy machinostroitelny zavod" is considered.
