Abstract: Зроблено спробу аналізу міжчасового обміну корисностями як об'єктивного фактору, що формує інвестиційний інтерес суб'єкта. Розроблено модель оптимізації обсягу бюджетних інвестиційних витрат з урахуванням даного фактору.Предпринята попытка анализа межвременного обмена полезностями как объективного фактора, формирующего интерес субъекта к инвестициям. Разработана модель оптимизации величины бюджетных инвестиционных расходов с учетом данного фактора.In the article the attempt of the analysis of intertemporal exchange of utilities as the objective factor that forms a subject's interest to investment has been undertaken. The model of optimization of budget expenditures on investments with this factor taken into account has been worked up.
