Abstract: Розглянуто основні концепції прийняття управлінських рішень. Визначено напрями методологічних і теоретичних розробок та їх упровадження у практику прийняття рішень. Проаналізовано варіанти аналізу проблемної ситуації у практиці машинобудівного підприємства.Рассматриваются основные концепции принятия управленческих решений. Определены направления методологических и теоретических разработок и их внедрение в практику принятия решений. Проанализированы варианты анализа проблемной ситуации в практике машиностроительного предприятия.Basic conceptions of making managerial decisions are considered. The orientation of methodical and theoretical developments and their introduction into practice of decision making is shown. Variants for analyzing a problem situation in practice of the machine-building enterprise are analyzed.
