Abstract: Розглядається проблема створення загальної теорії про відтворювальні диспропорції, у тому числі виділення в теорії менеджменту особливого розділу, в якому досліджуються методи прийняття управлінських рішень, заснованих на врахуванні соціально-економічних диспропорцій.Рассматривается проблема создания общей теории о воспроизводственных диспропорциях, в том числе выделение в теории менеджмента особого раздела, в котором исследуются методы принятия управленческих решений, основанных на учете социально-экономических диспропорций.The problem of creation of a general theory of reproduction disproportions is examined, including distinguishing in the theory of management a special section, that would study the methods of managerial decisions making based on consideration of socio-economic disproportions.
