Abstract: Розглянуто актуальні проблеми розробки і здійснення стратегії національної інноваційної системи. Проаналізовано основні елементи національної інноваційної системи та їх взаємозв'язок у вирішенні головної стратегічної задачі переведення економіки України на шлях інтелектуально-інноваційного розвитку.Рассматриваются актуальные проблемы разработки и осуществления стратегии национальной инновационной системы. Анализируются основные элементы национальной инновационной системы и их взаимосвязь в решении главной стратегической задачи перевода экономики Украины на путь интеллектуально-инновационного развития.The article considers urgent problems concerning development and realization of the strategy for the national innovative system. Basic elements of the national innovative system are analyzed, as well as their interaction in solution of a main strategic task transfer of the Ukrainian economy on the intellectual and innovative way of development.
