Abstract: Розглянуто питання підвищення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства за допомогою матеріального стимулювання персоналу щодо активної інноваційної діяльності.Рассмотрены вопросы повышения эффективности и конкурентоспособности предприятия с помощью материального стимулирования персонала относительно активной инновационной деятельности.The article considers the issues of raising efficiency and competitiveness of an enterprise with help of material stimulation of personnel in relation to their active innovative activities.
