Abstract: Розглянуто питання організаційно-економічної характеристики бухгалтерських фірм. Запропоновано методику обґрунтування складу учасників, ролі кожного, схему взаємодії між учасниками й організаційною структурою фірми-аутсорсера.Рассмотрены вопросы организационно-экономической характеристики бухгалтерских фирм. Предложена методика обоснования состава участников, роли каждого, схема взаимодействия между участниками и организационная структура фирмы-аутсорсера.The issues of organization-economic characteristics of accounting firms are considered. The technique is offered to motivate the composition of members, their role, scheme of interactions between the members and organization structure of a firm-outsourcer.
