Abstract: Розглянуто необхідність упровадження бюджетування на підприємствах. Визначено основні проблеми реалізації методики бюджетування на українських підприємствах. Позначено загальні напрями підвищення ефективності управління.Рассмотрена необходимость внедрения бюджетирования на предприятиях. Определены основные проблемы реализации методики бюджетирования на украинских предприятиях. Обозначены общие направления повышения эффективности управления.The article considers the necessity of introducing budgeting at the enterprises. The basic problems concerning realization of the budgeting technique at the Ukrainian enterprises are defined. The general directions for increasing management efficiency have been marked.
