Abstract: At present role of the service of personnel management (hereinafter SMP) noticeably increased in activity of the organizations. SMP together with occupied in her executives is called realize whole complex of the work on development of the measures, in accordance with efficient management personnel. The Results of the operation SCP find its expression in result of activity of the enterprise. This explains urgency audits SMP.
