Abstract: Housing-public facilities a branch of public facilities, the main purpose of which operation is satisfaction of population requirements and enterprise of the city in service, providing their reasonable conditions to life and work. The problems of organizing and financing of these branches similar are between nationalities in commonwealth countries so in the article experience to realization of the special programs on development ZHKH Kazakhstan republic is described.
