Abstract: The strategic potential appraisal of an industrial enterprise is one of the dominant moments of strategic management. The suggested article contains the research of different approaches for strategic potential evaluation. For comprehensive exploration of the strategic potential of an enterprise is proposed to accomplish quantitative and qualitative evaluation using the combination of ideas of described approaches in static and dynamic channel
