Abstract: Activity of many companies contains works which do not influence efficiency of the organization, on output and its quality. A principal cause absence of the process approach to management. Business-processes the head of the organization should head reengineering. Absence of leadership of a management the reason of failures of reengineering. The process approach as the sight at activity in the form of processes is a skeleton of the modern effective company, and also the base and an obligatory condition to introduction of system of a quality management.
