Abstract: Problems arising in fishing industry enterprises activity and impeding enterprising relations development are examined. The article substantiates conducting complex of economic-organizing arrangements based on internal reserves of fishing industry enterprises that leads to stabilization of their economic condition and speeding-up rise of industrial-enterprising activity effectiveness.
