Abstract: Monitoring of management quality of the municipal finance is one of main principles of efficient the finance control. There are three systems in Russian Federation. Actually monitoring is not spent, as is recommended, but not required. It is necessary to create uniform system of assessment of management quality of the municipal finance, to achieve required, publicity of results and to create ways of the decision of problems
