Abstract: In recently newly gains the essential quip a question quality to information, on base which are taken the business-decisions. The Official statistics often politically undoubtedly and, besides, given Rosstata in many events impossible to use in practice. This has brought about appearance in Russia of the alternative statistics. However, use result alternative statistical studies also difficult in in consequence of opacity of the method's, used when shaping data and their processing. The Considerable questions appear and in connection with confidence to professionalism of the institutions, realizing such activity. In this connection claims attention project «Centre of the monitoring enterprise» one of the official statistical organ of the country a Bank to Russia.
