Abstract: Particularities to intermediary activity on bond market are conditioned by specifics of the services, which professional participants render its client. In respect of bond market notion facilities is not rendered concrete though term it is enough is often used in normative-legal source so in article is considered notion facilities in general, but then specifics of the services in respect of different type of professional activity on bond market.
