Abstract: The leasing in Russia step-by-step receives the more and more legible organizational and legal forms (shapes). The normative legislative reasons for legal regulation of activity of the participants of operations of leasing are reshaped. The given article is dedicated to a problem of the analysis efficiency of operations of leasing, on the basis of confrontation of the alternate sources of finance of capital investments
