Abstract: The policy is capable to result the business concept in achievement of actual competitive advantage which is capable to be saved a long time. That the activity of the company was maximum effective, the chiefs should combine in themselves capacities of the good implementator of policies and skilful specialist on their implementation. Than the policy of the company and is more balanced than more skilfully he will be used, the above probability that the company will reach good result ins to activity.
