Abstract: The Production biopetrol becomes the mass phenomena in scale both whole world, and separate countries. The Russian economy does only first steps in this direction and, previously, than production, consumption of the new type fuel will become the ordinary phenomena, it is important to settle the problem about regulation of the process of the formation bioenergy with standpoint of the taxation.
