Abstract: The expenses are on career management necessary to consider as investments in human capital employee, but signifies, in success of the companies. The Modern organizations see in development their own employee one of the background factor of the own success and so they are interested in development their quarries. The article is dedicated to consideration to new model careerist growing employee.
