Abstract: Blanks of the criminal legislation of Russia in the field of illegal circulation of pornographic materials are considered. The conclusion about necessity of entering of concept of a pornography for clauses of the criminal code, and also fastening of attributes distinguishing pornographic materials, from materials of the erotic maintenance is done.
