Abstract: В статье рассматриваются состояние, динамика, тенденции присвоений и растрат в сфере сервиса в Республике Дагестан, анализируются детерминанты, предлагаются некоторые меры профилактики преступлений данной категории.In the article are considered the condition, the dynamics and the tendencies of appropriations and embezzlements in the sphere of service in Daghestan republic, analysed the determinants, and suggested some measures of preventing the crimes of such category.
