Abstract: Задача перехода экономики на инновационный путь развития должна решаться не только путем поддержки и стимулирования разработки, создания и внедрения новой техники со стороны государства. Анализ факторов, сдерживающих инновации, свидетельствует о необходимости самостоятельного поиска предприятиями адекватных решений в сферах организации, управления и маркетинга, имеющих целью смену традиционной парадигмы на инновационную.The problem of transition of economy should dare at an innovative way of development not only by support and stimulation of working out, creation and introduction of new technics from the state. The analysis of the factors constraining innovations, testifies to necessity of independent search by the enterprises of adequate decisions in spheres of the organization, management and the marketing, having for an object change of a traditional paradigm with the innovative.
