Abstract: Рассматриваются категории права, морали и политики в социологическом знании в контексте теоретико-методологического аспекта. Дается подробная сущностная, структурная и содержательная характеристика этих категорий в интерпретации их проявления в системе политической и социальной составляющей общества.We consider the category of law, morality and politics in the sociological knowledge in the context of theoretical and methodological aspects. We give a detailed and incomplete, structural and content characteristics of these categories in the interpretation of their manifestation in the political and social dimension of society.
