Abstract: В статье анализируются каналы взаимодействия структурных элементов денежно-кредитной политики (дкП) с институциональными и инфраструктурными элементами национальной платежной системы с учетом уроков финансового кризиса и показывается роль платежной системы Банка России при применении инструментов дкП для обеспечении финансовой стабильности.The paper analyzes the channels of interaction between structural elements of monetary policy and institutional and infrastructural elements of the national payment system taking into account the lessons from the financial crisis. Also, the author shows the role of the Bank of Russia payment system which uses monetary policy tools to maintain financial sustainability.
