Abstract: В настоящей работе анализируются положительные и отрицательные стороны привлечения банками займов с международного рынка капиталов, рассматриваются инструменты его регулирования и делается вывод о том, что система регулирования должна различаться с учетом уровня зависимости ресурсной базы банковского сектора от международного рынкаThe pros and cons of procurement by banks of loan funds from the international capital market are analyzed in the paper, fund raising control tools are considered and a conclusion is made that the regulatory system should vary according to the degree of the banking sector resource base dependence on the international market
