Abstract: Анализ имеющейся литературы и официальных документов различных стран показывает, что в настоящее время не существует единого понимания биоэкономики, в частности как отрасли знания на стыке биологии и экономики, изучающей взаимоотношения человека и природы в процессе использования природных ресурсов. в статье рассмотрены ключевые понятия, факторы и ограничения роста биоэкономики в мире и предложены конструктивные меры по ее государственной поддержке.The analysis of the available literature and official documents of various countries shows that until now there has been no common understanding of the bioeconomics as a branch of knowledge at the intersection of biology and economics that studies the relationships between man and nature in the process of using natural resources. The paper describes the key concepts, factors and limitations that keep down the growth of the bio-economy in the world and proposes constructive measures of government support
