Abstract: Предлагается система мер и инструментов вовлечения частного сектора в реализацию геоэтноэкономического потенциала региона на примере краснодарского края, которая должна способствовать активизации населения в предпринимательской деятельности, привлечению частных ресурсов в развитие соответствующей инфраструктуры и расширению рынка услуг в сфере туризма и курортного отдыха.The set of measures and tools to attract the private sector in order to help the region fulfi its geo-ethnic and economic potential are described using the experience of Krasnodar Territory. Suggested measures and tools should boost entrepreneurial activity of the population and the private sector involvement of into the development of adequate infrastructure and expansion of services in the field of tourism and resort business
