Abstract: Management and evaluation of innovative potential requires determination of its concept and composition. The article specifies the concept and composition of innovation potential and offers the structure of this economic category. The issues of interaction and interdependence of structural components of innovative capacity are considered. The description of the innovation potential resource constituent element is given separately.
