Determining potential methods of raider captures of motor-transport enterprises

Abstract: Main types of information on enterprise activities forming a basis for identifying threats that create conditions for the enterprise legitimate capture have been determined. Based on the information on motor-transport enterprises, corresponding matrices of threats have been built, and indexes of enterprise vulnerability to raider captures by manipulating the equity, accounts payable, register of stockholders etc. have been designed and calculated. Potential methods of motor-transport enterprise raider captures have been determined on the basis of the calculated indexes of enterprise vulnerability.
