The perfection of budgeting as a management technology

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of improving budgeting as a management technology by providing the budgeting correlation with the enterprise's strategy. In this work two components are suggested to be included in the first stage, named «Technology». These are: elaboration of the system of control indices for evaluating the enterprise development strategy performance, and choosing the methods of budgeting for making correct budget's formats. Practical implementation of these suggestions will provide the concordance of budgeting with the enterprise's strategy.
